Optimization Of Chinese Materia Medica Intervention And Prevention Of Dvt After Elderly Hip Fracture Surgery

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of anti-thrombosis Decoction with low-molecular-weight heparin in prevention of DVT occurrence after elderly hip fracture surgery, fully give the advantages of economic, small side-effects, significant effects of Chinese Materia Medica. Explore a combinational way of Chinese and Western Medicine to minimize the rate of DVT occurrence after elderly hip fracture surgery. Method:Divide 46 objects after elderly hip fracture surgery into treatment group and control group randomly, give anti-thrombosis Decoction with low-molecular-weight heparin andlow-molecular-weight heparin preventive treatment respectively, observe the clinical symptoms and signs, checks of coagulation series, circumference margins of thighs and calves and color Doppler examination of deep vein,to observe anti-coagulation and detumescence and incidence of thrombosis of the two groupa.Results:The two groups have no random factors differences.Statistical differences occur before and after treatment comparison(P >0.05).There is no significant difference in four clotting checks of the two groups (P> 0.05).Low limps Circumference margins changes before and after treatment of the two groups(P<0.05),the treatment group than the control group. In blood loss and blood transfusion comparison of the two groups (P>0.05), no significant difference. DVT incidence has no statistical significant in color Doppler examination(P>0.05). Conclusion:The anti-thrombosis Decoction with low-molecular-weight heparin can promote lower extremity venous blood reflux and de-swell effectively, improve high blood coagulation and sticking states after surgery, perhaps reduce the incidence of DVT after elderly hip fracture surgery more effectively.
