BackgroudAngina pectoris of coronaryheart disease basically happens at inSenilePerson. whichendengers the human health and life. With the change in dietary habit, the aging of the population and the reduction of infectious diseases, the disease incidence appeared with the increasing trend of younger age gradually in recent years, which has as the highest mortality for disabled and the disease as stroke in china. Right now, the International recognized three treatment approaches include drug therapy, surgical intervention and treatment. Since There are of limited value in the drug treatment of myocardial ischemia, Interventional therapy and surgical treatment cannot prevent the restenosis of coronary artery stenosis in other areas. So these three treatment cannot cure coronary heart disease. Along with the development of medical technology and the growing problem of orally drug side-effects, ultrasound wave, which has fewer side effects, a simple means, distinctive feature, gradually shows the superiority. ultrasound wave and Point stimulationtreatment is a collection of Modern Ultrasonic technique and traditiona stimulation of acupuncture Points, which could reflect the features of TCM. Applying modern medical methods and theorys to study the clinical efficacy and detailed examination and analyze of ultrasound wave and Point stimulation in preventing and treating angina pectoris of coronaryheart disease and has the extremely vital significance in clinical practice.Clinical StudyObjective:To explore the influence of of ultrasound wave and xuli Point and neiguan Point stimulation on clinical symptoms and ECG of angina pectoris. To observe the the correlation between ultrasound wave and Point stimulation acupoint stimulation and blood-lipid, lipoprotein, serum ET-1, IL-18. To research the protective effect and mechanisms of ultrasound wave and Point stimulation on blood-deficiency myocardial infarction.Methods:120 patients with coronary artery disease were randomized into 3 groups:Chinese traditional medicine group (A group), Chinese traditional medicine and ultrasound therapy group(B group), foreign medicine and ultrasound therapy group(C group). A group is given bushenhuoxuehuatan prescription,300ml/d, po bid; B group is given bushenhuoxuehuatan prescription and ultrasound therapy; C group is given Isosorbide Mononitrate Sustained Release Tablets and ultrasound therapy,40mg, po qd; three groups were given 18 weeks. To observe the effect and changes in clinical symptoms, ECG, DCG, CHO, TG, LDL, HDL routine analysis of blood, blood-lipid, lipoprotein, serum ET-1, IL-18 after three groups theatment. Results:The clinical symptoms and curative effect grade were significantly improved after treatment in these three groups (P<0.05). The clinical symptoms, ECG, serum ET-1 and IL-18 improved more significantly in B group and C group than in A group(P<0.05). Regarding the efficacy in treating the syndrome diagnosed by TCM, A group and B group were superior to C group P<0.05). There were no significant difference in the results of CHO, TG, LDL, HDL among the three groups (P>0.05)Conclusions:Ultrasound wave and Point stimulation have an obvious positive effect to make it work the risk. This treatment not only can bilaterally regulate blood lipid, hemorrheologic examination, ET, interleukin, but can adjust endothelial function and anti-inflammatory. So as to achieve anti-atherosclerosis, protecting ischemic myocardium, therapy coronary heart disease.
