Bamboo is one of the tall,treelike evergreen grasses comprising the bambuaoideae nees of the family poaceae plant.To establish an total system to evaluate the quality of the pharmaceutical plant.this paper studies the glucoside of flavone,volatile components,trace element.amino acid of the leaf of bamboo and received satisfactory results.This study is instructive for product development and quality control of bamboo leaf.Main research contents in this paper are as follows:NO.1.Extraction and purification technique of fiavones from bamboo leaf.It took rutin as investigation index to determinate the content of the total flavones of the extraction of bamboo leaf of different extracting methods by UV and reached that the ultrasonic method was the best;The extraction of bamboo leaf was purified by Diaion HP-20 and eluted by different concentrations of methanol and reached that the content of the total flavones of the 40%methanol part is the highest and can prepare flavones being up to 76%from bamboo leaf by this technology.NO.2.Isolation and preparation of flavonoid glycosides.Four fiavonoid glycosides are prepared through the separation of column chromatography and were taken as control substance of the test by HPLC and the samples of bacteriostatic experiment.NO.3.The study of bacteriostasis activity of flavonoid glycosides.The study of bacteriostasis activity of every flavonoid glycosides suggested each of the four flavonoid glycosides had inhibition.NO.4.Component analysis of bamboo leaf.This test was designed by the orthogonal,and took orientoside as index and the sample is determined by HPLC.from which we concluded the best extraction condition:10 times solvent,3 times.1 minite each time.It took the four flavonoid glycosides as index to determined the content of the flavonoid glycosides of bamboo leaves from deferent producing areas and deferent harvesting seasons and reached that the content of flavonoid glycosides of bamboo leaves from Zhejiang was the biggest and the content of flavonoid glycosides of bamboo leaves of July was the biggest.The volatility compositions from deferent extraction methods were analysised by GC-MS and reached some valuable conclusions. It analysis the trace elements and Amino acids of bamboo leaves from deferent producing areas and depart three classes by icluster analysis.The method what the study established to analysis the component of bamboo leaves and appraise the quality of bamboo leaf by HPLC,GC/MS,AAS.It is the first time to compare the Antibacterial Activity of the four flavonoid glycosides,the first time to took the four flavonoid glycosides as index to determined the content of the flavonoid glycosides by HPLC,the first time to analysis bamboo leaves from 9 difenent provinces separately by the the content of four flavonoid glycosides,trace elements and amino acids.It analysis bamboo leaves by several methods from several aspects,which provided a quality control method and quality appraisal system,and provided theoretical basis for developing this natural resource.
