The research project of ginkgo jiannao tablet is a sub-project of the major new drug, and isnational science and technology major projects, aims to research the army special needsmedicine drugs, which with brain intelligence and can improve memory and cognitive abilitiesof pilots. Its prescription composed of ginkgo biloba, Acanthopanax, Chuanxiong and peonyfour flavor pharmaceutical raw materials and accessories. This paper studies the qualityanalytical methods of ginkgo jiannao tablet, establishes its quality standards, and studies itsstability and preliminary efficacy.This paper established a quantitative method of quantitative analysis of multi-componentwith a single-marker (QAMS) for the content determination of flavonoid glycosides in ginkgojiannao tablet. According to the operating method in the Pharmacopoeia, quercetin was used asthe internal standard, the response factors of kaempferol, isorhamnetin and quercetin wererespectively measured under a fixed ratio and different ratios of orthogonal design to calculatethe relative correction factor, the relative correction factor was established after investigatingthe related influencing factors. In the content determination of the samples, the relativecorrection factors were used to calculate the contents of kaempferol and isorhamnetin. Thecontent of flavonoid glycosides was determined by the contents of kaempferol, isorhamnetinand quercetin. The results of the QAMS method were verified by comparing with the externalstandard method.The relative correction factors of kaempferol and isorhamnetin were1.020and1.033respectively; RSD were1.23ï¼…,1.03ï¼…respectively, demonstrating good reproducibility. Thetwo methods did not show significant difference in results. The relative correction factors andthe QAMS methods for the content determination of flavonoid glycosides in Ginkgo bilobaextract were accurate and reliable. This method is suitable for routine, multi-batch contentdetermination of flavonoid glycosides in Ginkgo biloba extract, bringing the convenience to theactual content determination, and has good practical value.Based on these studies, this paper did some methodological surveys to the establishedQAMS method for the content determination of flavonoid glycosides in ginkgo jiannao tablet,while this paper established the TLC methods for the four herbs of ginkgo brain slice by a largenumber of experimental studies, and combined with other study projects, initially establishedthe ginkgo brain slices quality standards (draft) and drafting instructions, which provided thebasis for quaLity control of ginkgo jiannao tablet.In this paper, the stability factors of ginkgo jiannao tablet were investigated, including temperature, humidity and light. The results showed that, there was no significant change in thecharacteristics of the products at high temperature and lighting conditions, and there was aslight moisture absorption phenomenon under high humidity conditions, when during storagewe should note sealed and avoid the wet. Compared with the0th day, the total flavonoLglycosides content for each condition had a little change than the5th day and10th day,complied with the requirements, indicating that the product has good stability.In this study, the pharmacological experiments of the four herbs in the ginkgo jiannaotablet were conducted, and its role in protecting the brain, improve memory and cognitiveabilities were investigated too, the results confirmed that the four herbs of the ginkgo jiannaotablet have carried out a corresponding effect, based on these studies, the compatibilityscreening and optimization experiments of the ginkgo jiannao tablet were conducted, andultimately determined the best compatibility program of the ginkgo jiannao tablet, the ratio ofginkgo biloba extract, siberian ginseng extract, chuanxiong extract, peony extract was3:1:1:1.
