The thesis chooses 1000 diabetic and inpatient from Qingdao Endocrine and Diabetes Hospital from oct.2006 to oct.2007,thereinto 446 diabetic accept diet treament for 3 month. The result is that it is better than 2003 for blood sugar control. HbAlc has falled 0.31%,blood sugar control has been double for 2003;Blood pressure control has long distance to guide;Only 13.86% arrive at ideal level;The bad have arrived at 59.09%. TC,HDL-C,TG and LDL-C all arrive at ideal level only have 5.68%;BMI arrive at ideal level only 22.95%,above 54.56% are bad. After 3 month,all indexes have fell but this is a correlation between culture and course of diseases. HbAlc and BMI have fell clearly,blood sugar and TC aren't clear with diet treament.
