Cartoon character is not only have artistic value, but also have a huge market profit. It has opened up a new profitable space, Cartoon fimls have great commercial value.3D animation is the new force in the cartoon area , and it is the way of the most popular animation. In modern society, 3D animated ads, cartoon film have been constantly broadcasted on the screen, computer animation has quietly entered the people's daily lives. 3D computer-animation is an important branch in computer graphics, it's application area is very broad. In 1995,《Toy Story》which published by Disney show a film, this pure 3D animation production has achieved great success, 3D animation rapidly replacing the traditional animation as the most grossing animated film types. Disney's subsequent release of《Toy Story 2》《,Dinosaur》《,Monsters, Inc.》,《A Bug's Life》has achieved great success.
