Research On The Methods Of Dynamic Monitoring Historic And Cultural Heritage Based On The 3s Technology

Historic and cultural heritage plays an important role in the Chinese cultural heritage. Along with the acceleration of economic development and urbanization ,Historic and cultural heritage and its environment is facing a serious threat in authenticity and integrity . For a long time, Limited to the management level and technical conditions, cultural heritage monitoring was confined by the heritage site conditions. It is hard to realize the comprehensive monitoring of normal, high technology and efficiency.3S, as a represent of spatial information technology, due to its macroscopic, timeliness, periodicity and comprehensive nature, will improve the dynamic monitor ability in the history cultural heritage protection and bring the new turning point in this ambit. So, it has an important significance in theory and practical based on"3S"in the protection of cultural heritage. Basing on comprehensive analysis of the present research in cultural heritage and dynamic monitoring, aiming at the characteristics of Historic and cultural heritage protection ,Historic and cultural heritage and dynamic monitoring system, the theoretical framework of monitoring index system, technology process had been established basing on 3S technology.Finally,using the Beijing-Hangzhou grand canal dynamic monitoring as an example, according to the research results and the dynamic monitoring system, the dynamic monitoring system has been designed. The research results will be an effective work platform for the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal protection and management.
