At present,with the coming of the transition period of China's market economy,the supply side reform is imperative,and the cultural heritage will also face new opportunities for historical development.After years of efforts and accession to the World Heritage Convention,the number of heritage declarations has been increasing.With the rapid development of heritage,the awareness of heritage protection has gradually increased,but most of it is the "visual" level of protection,However,the hidden crisis of some cultural heritage is difficult to find in time,which has brought great difficulties to heritage protection,and even leads to irreparable losses.How to carry out the protection of cultural heritage in a comprehensive and three-dimensional way? There is an urgent need to do a good job in the monitoring and management of the world cultural heritage.The world cultural heritage monitoring is to adopt modern scientific and technological measures and scientific management methods to tracking of cultural relics and their surrounding in multi-angle and three-dimensional and all-weather,Real shows the protection of cultural relics remaining existing conditions,pay close attention to the trend,make early warning of potential risk factors,the monitoring data of information presented in the form of monitoring report also,to evaluate and reflect the performance of monitoring and management of heritage sites.At the same time,as the most fundamental and core task of preventive protection and risk management,it provides timely and effective decision-making data for the scientific management and appropriate utilization of world heritage protection.Combined with the actual monitoring of heritage,this paper aims at the study of the main body and environmental factors of the cultural heritage of the grand canal of yanggu,which achieved to the aim of protecting and managing the world cultural heritage with low cost,high efficiency and effective effect.This paper attempts to apply the expert investigation method,SWOT strategic analysis,policy interpretation and field investigation method,literature collection integration analysis,evaluate and design monitoring and management system of the grand canal of yanggu cultural heritage.First of all,the use of historical literaturereview,reference classic books,training to learn and communication,on-the-spot investigation of the heritage site,go deep among the masses,expert interviews,in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the monitoring and management of the grand canal of yanggu cultural heritage,By analyzing the practice and theoretical development of heritage monitoring at home and abroad,this paper finds out the main problems faced by the monitoring and management of the grand canal of yanggu cultural heritage,Then,through methods of quantitative analysis research and related theories,this paper propose previews and solutions.This paper based on the strategic management theory as a guidance,through using monitoring and management method to research and analysis problems faced,and then,in this way,monitoring and management system framework of the grand canal of yanggu cultural heritage is evaluated and designed will provide reference for the monitoring and management of other cultural heritages.
