Generally speaking,the oldest three major theater in the world are:the ancient Greek drama, India plays the Vatican, and the Chinese opera, and today only a 600-year-old art of operais still performed on the stage. It is Said after the Qing Dynasty people named it--Kun Opera.As known, it was formed in the vicinity of Kunshan (Jiangsu Province today). May 2001, Kunqu art was declared a UNESCO world heritage of the first batch of human oral and intangible heritage.Today's entertainment are more and more affluent,.And for various reasons, the old opera lost most of the fashion and entertainment features. More and more young people do not like it. In 2004, the youth version of "The Peony Pavilion" at the first performance was approved by the audience. Artists had a lot of innovation and creation to the traditional "The Peony Pavilion". For example, Script:respect for the original; Directed:combining classical and modern; in the stage arts:temperament elegant; performance:the young actors,and so on. Mr Bai Xianyong's innovative work is essential, because they contribute to the ancient time of the opera with the pace, in the new century full of the vitality of life.
