Study On Party-building In New Economic Organizations

With the development of China's socialist market economy, new economy organizations grew out of nothing, expanded from small beginnings, and have gradually become the new growth point as well as an important part of the national economy. New economy organizations are playing a more and more important role in strengthening our national economy, constructing socialistic harmonious society, and promoting the development of all social undertakings. Similarly, Party-building in new economy organizations, as an important part of constructing the primary Party organizations, has become the foothold of the Party's work and one of the foundations of combat effectiveness. In this context of economic and social development, as an important measure to consolidate the ruling party and construct socialistic harmonious society, vigorously promoting Party-building in new economy organizations has become inevitable.In recent years, Party-building in new economy organizations has being receiving more and more attention from central and local Party committees at all levels. At present, academics and all levels of Party organization departments have launched systematic studies on the significance, specific approaches, main results, current problems, etc. of Party-building in new economy organizations, and have put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. This thesis is based on the concept of strengthening Party-building in new economy organizations, absorbs and learns from the current academic research, outlines the new public management theory and the present work of Party-building in new economy organizations, analyzes the significance of the new public management theory to the work of Party-building in new economy organizations as well as the status quo and reasons of the Party-building work in new economy organizations in accordance with the current situation in New Caoyang High-Tech Industrial Park of Changzheng Town, and proposes countermeasures for improvement of Party-building in new economy organizations of industrial parks.This research adopts the case study approach. It selects the New Caoyang High-Tech Industrial Park as the sample; elaborates on and analyses the composition of Party members and leading comrades, current situation of activities, and encouragement mechanism for activities in Party organizations; tries to abstract comments and suggestions for Party-building in new economy organizations in industrial parks. This thesis is divided into four parts:Chapter I is a brief introduction on the origin, purpose, meaning and research methods of the selected topic;Chapter II outlines the new public management theory and the present work of Party-building in new economy organizations, and briefly discusses the intrinsic link between these two;Chapter III shows the case study, which selects the New Caoyang High-Tech Industrial Park as the sample and carries out empirical research on the current Party-building work in new economy organizations;Chapter IV submits proposals on organizational structure, operation mechanism and encouragement mechanism, for improving the effectiveness of Party-building in new economy organizations.The Conclusion part briefly sums up the whole text, pointing out that Party-building in new economy organizations is a systematic work which concerns social undertakings of all aspects and is faced with opportunities and challenges. It indicates that Party-building in new economy organizations should be based on reality, well planned, and steadily advanced under the guidance of the Concept of Scientific Development so as to develop faster and better.
