Use the methods such as: literature analysis, history analysis, comparative analysis, empirical study and so on.Firstly,define the concepts about the private enterprise workers'compensation insurance, carding the development of private enterprises'Industrial Injury Insurance System in China, Study the present situation of Private Enterprises'Injury Insurance,to found the problems of industrial injury on private enterprises employees,and,to analysis in the micro and macro levels.Then,study the development of abroad industrial injury insurance system and the experiences we can reference.Finally, propose the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems of private enterprise workers'compensation insurance.
