Objective:Explosion crackdowns has always been emphasis and difficulty in forensic field research,particularly explosives types and detonation devices infer.To analyse the explosives of fireworks and coal emulsion explosives residue by SEM / EDX,so as to achieve the purpose of infering the type of explosives and explosive devices.Methods:Take the same volume the same batch of pyrotechnic and 50g of emulsion explosives are divided into five equal portions,each 10g were used gauze,cotton,plastic,paper and rubber-coated after the burst test. ( Use the same batch of detonating caps detonate emulsion explosives; detonation fuse detonate pyrotechnic).After blasting collect four samples of residue from the explosion point ( on wrapper)-Point in the bombing of two perpendicular lines so that the wrapper is divided into four regions,each region to collect a sample.The local environment as the control specimens;Collection method is the adhesive tape paper borrowing from the wrapper.Analysed the two kinds of explosive residue collected in the use of SEM / EDX.Results :Some composition of explosive remnants such as chlorine,potassium,oxygen,sulfur,aluminum,magnesium was detected from the pyrotechnic reaction residues while the lead elements was found in the emulsion explosive,but not detected the composition of explosive remnants.Conclusion:SEM / EDX analysis of pyrotechnic explosive remnants of accurate and reliable,and needing the small amount of sample and simple explosive remnants It can be spreaded in basic units.The means of SEM / EDX can be used to identificate fireworks.It is little value that identification of emulsion explosive by means of SEM / EDX.But it detected the detonators components,and its will become a way of infer detonators.
