The Retirements Rehiring is a certain social phenomenon which is to come into being in recent years. A definition of the Retirements Rehiring is that the retiree was employed after retirement. The employers are favour to the retirees because of their own advantages. The retirees are active to what they are engaging on, and also to be upbeat. A suitable characterized word for them is busy but retired. This phenomenon shows that the Retirements Rehiring is mutual benefit to both retirees and employers. And it is a win-win solution which lower the negative effect to people who is just entering the retiring days on one side, and provide the employers a novel approach to solve the problems about human resources and manufacturing cost on the other side. Generally, these rehired employees create lots of the wealth of society, and should be respected and protected by laws. But, it is their legitimate rights that is not be protected comprehensively and efficiency because of the absense of current legislation. Therefore, a section of laws which related to the Retirement Rehiring should be legislated. The own development of retirees, the requirement of the human resources would be guaranteed within such a legal system.
