| Since 2006, after the rural 1 file " Some Opinions of Central Committee of Chinese Communist Party and State Council on the Promotion of the Construction of New Socialist Countryside " issued, all kinds of causes of the new rural construction reached the rapid development throughout country, which has come to a crucial time now. The village cadres,the main force of the new rural construction and leaders, play an invaluable decisive role. To build a high-quality team of village cadres is in urgent situation. Construction of a clean and honest administration is an important aspect of building a comprehensive quality of village cadres.This article analyzes the basic situation of construction of a new socialist countryside, as well as the integrity status of rural cadres, and listed the main forms of corruption in the new rural construction in the village cadres; it further elucidates the dangers of corruption to the new countryside construction; and it focus on the analysis on the source of the village cadres'corruption; the author combines the party's anti-corruption policies with the situation of the new rural construction, as well as my knowledge and idea of the investigation stemming from the research, and clarify the countermeasures issue of rural integrity.from the aspect of strengthening village cadres on the ideological and political education, increasing the village cadres'awareness of being clean and honest, establishing and improving a full range of anti- corrupt institutional system and monitoring mechanism and increasing efforts to crack down on corruption.Through my own research, the author attempts to get a breakthrough in the theory of construction of a clean and honest administration of village cadres in the new rural construction of a clean government, and in practice, it can have a strong operation, which will help strengthen the construction of a clean and honest administration of village cadres and create a high-quality team of rural cadres. |
