Analysis On The Countermeasures Of Ideological And Political Education For Rural Females In Construction Of New Countryside

Agriculture is the basic industries for China’s economy and society in a long-term steadydevelopment from beginning to end, and farmers account for more than half of the populationin our country. The vast rural areas contain huge developmental potentials and are the organiccarriers of agricultural production and farmers’ life. Our party and government have invested alot of manpower, material resources and financial resources on “three dimensional ruralissues” problem. On the one hand, our party and government give full play to the fundamentalrole of agriculture in national economic construction through the “new socialist ruralconstruction”. On the other hand, the ideology and personal accomplishment of farmers whoare represented by rural females can be improved by long-term effective ideological andpolitical education. The farmers with professional skills provide the high quality humanresources for our country’s socialist modernization construction and traditional industriesupgrade and social transformation.Rural females are used as entry point of researching the construction of new countrysidein this paper. With the literature research, concept analysis and comparative research, thebetter understanding of female politically and ideologically education are made during theconstruction of new countryside. The method of field questionnaires research was used in onerural village at the city of Beizhen. Through listening to public opinion and recordingcarefully, we grasp the first-hand information about present situation of ideological andpolitical education of rural females The scientific and reasonable data support is provided tocountermeasure of ideological and political education to rural female in the construction ofnew socialist countryside.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is about the researchbackground, the purpose of selected topic, the significance, and the research methods;research results about the female ideological and political education at home and abroad. Also,the overall thinking and the research methods what we use are determined in this chapter.The second chapter expounds the concept about construction of new socialist countrysideand the connotation of ideological and political education. The relationship with femaleideological and political education and construction of new countryside are analyzed in thischapter.The third chapter discusses the present situation of rural female ideological and politicaleducation in the construction of new socialist countryside by the literature research; theproblems and reasons in the process of rural female ideological and political education are analyzed; the present situation of rural female ideological and political education and theweaknesses in a village at the city of Beizhen——a representative in the western region ofLiaoning province through visiting research.The four chapter mainly focuses on the targeted countermeasures which according topresent situation of rural female ideological and political education in the construction of newcountryside; the case analysis on problems of rural female ideological and political educationwhich are exposed in the village at the city of Beizhen.The fifth chapter is the summary of whole paper.
