Our central Department of Organization has decided to select 100 thousand college graduates to serve the village from 2008 within five years, which is "Student Village cadres" policy. How about the policy? The problems from the point of theory may exist as: local governments choosing to carry on the policy, the refusal from primary cadres and the insuficient institutional arrangement.On the investigate of the student cadres in Tianquan county in Sichuan province, the author affirms the positive of the policy and find the factual problems in the process of the policy,as in student cadres,the aim of the work is vague, and their status is not definite,and are not satisfied with the wage.On the other side,colleges havenot effect enough.At last, the author get the conclusion:the policy is correct and feasible.Its advantages are more than the disadvantages.Then put forward some suggestions, those are, developing the local government dominant power to carry out" the Student Village cadres" policy, adjusting relevant measures to local conditions and enhancing the scientific management for students to solve the problems and perfect the policy.
