Research On The Improvement Of College Student Village Officials Policy In Beijing

The implementation of the policy of college student village official has achieved some success,but for now,there are still many problems in practice,even if in Beijing where implemented the policy relatively better since 2006.Using the interview method,the case analysis method and the literature research method,the author who served Huairou District as a college student village official from 2012 to 2015 try to elaborate comprehensively the implementation and consummation of the policy of college student village official in Beijing.This article includes main contents as following:to reveal the original intention of the policy and its evolution;taking Huairou District as an example,to investigates and evaluates the effect of policy implementation;based on the theoretical background of agricultural modernization and talent strategy,to put forward some suggestions on how to Improve college student village officials policy,such as adjusting the policy direction,strengthening the term management mechanism,establishing the mechanism of fostering sense of belonging during the period of service,perfecting the mechanism of the college student village officials' function exertion,and carrying out the job objectives management mechanism.
