After the arrival of the financial crisis, The world economy suffered a hard blow, including our country.In this context, national enterprises have layoffs, pay cuts, mandatory leave, or even close down. Compares these years'situation that the university student gets employed before the financial crisis,because of the financial crisis's affect, the situation that the university student gets employed becomes more stern. In the employment market the phenomenon which violates the university student to get employed to be increasingly fierce, but students can only be stoic employer's employment discrimination based on realities, this is becoming a serious social problem that has affected our social development, harmony and stability.Non-university graduates with the right to different standards of students as career high, competition is more intense, while the right employment of college students is directly related to the country's human resources strategy, which is very important.Based on the actual protection of the employment rights of vulnerable groups of graduates, this paper analyzed the phenomenon and causes of the problem from a point of law, and give some suggestions to protect the employment rights of the university students.Combined with our current socio-political and economic situation, the response to the financial crisis situations to protect students'employment equity strategies and recommendations to build students'employment rights protection system, on the basis of which the author treats full-text is divided into the following three parts:The first part outlines the situations against the legitimate rights and interests of students in the financial crisis. The job market with all kinds of discrimination, poor social atmosphere repeatedly violating equal employment rights, some employer lack of socially responsible, prejudice to the legitimate interests of the students through various means.The second part analyse of the financial crisis the employment rights against college students from five aspects:the impact of financial crisis,government supervision and the school management services insufficiency, students'own reasons and not for the job market and structural inconsistencies.The third part put forward the countermeasures to protect the employment rights of students, and construct a system to protect the employment rights of them. Those are: establish and improve laws and regulations and improve the legislative protection; formulate and improve relevant laws and regulations; strengthen and improve the government; reform higher education system and improve the employment guidance; change the corporation's attitude of employment and strengthen their social responsibility; construct the job market and improve the function of it.Strengthening the protection of the rights of college students in financial crisis, is to improve the overall employment situation, ease the employment pressure on university students, improve students'ability to self-employment, and promote social harmony and stability.students'employment groups should enjoy equal employment rights under financial crisis, including equal employment rights derived rights, such as the equal employment opportunity, the right to equal remuneration, and so on. Must be from a macro level, from legislative bodies, Government, universities, employers and students themselves, the construction of a complete system of protection of the rights to fundamentally eliminate the students'employment rights have been infringed, for university students to provide an equal, norms, legal employment environment.
