Impact Analysis On The Graduates' Employment Of Economic Categories Caused By Global Financial Crisis In Shanghai

The global financial crisis caused by the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis since the second half of 2008 began to spread to China's economic stability and development. All walks of life were subjected to different degrees of the financial crises. Higher education was also suffered from this systematic financial crisis and facing severe pressure and test. One of the most serious was the effects on the graduates' employment in economics categories. The author has been worked in university of economics categories and has a rich experience in employment guidance. So the author has a Intuitively felt in facing this phenomenon.Analysis from four fact which include "the university employment statistics", "enterprise employment opportunity" and " feeling of economics categories graduates themselves " leads to demonstration in the effects on Shanghai employment of economics categories graduates caused by the financial crisis, through five aspects which are "number", "self expectations", "salary" and "choice in industries" and " choice in upgrade". The author will also point out the problems of employment mentality of Shanghai economics categories graduates and the shortage in relevant career education development. These reasons include not only the influence on economics categories graduates'job market caused by financial crisis but also the lack of scientific and pertinence in the employment instruction and career education development of relevant universities.Combined with the lack of Employment competence of economics categories graduates and the imperfect on career education development in related institutions exposed in financial crisis, the author also put forward at the end of the article that three layers of network which include " alliance of employment guidance in economics categories universities ", "scientific evaluation mechanism of employment warning in economics category" and "scientific, complete, and long-term career education system" will optimize the abilities of job hunting with the change of economic environment, thus come to the hope of promoting the employment economic categories college graduates more reasonably and effectively.
