As soon as the Scientific Concept of Development was formally written into the Communist Party of China Constitution, the education sector advanced with the times to put forward the Scientific Concept of Development to guide the overall situation of education and teaching and established the idea of People-oriented in the teaching profession.However, the purpose of education "is not only to meet the needs of the community, but also contribute to the students'personality development. " [1] Therefore how to implement the scientific development concept of "people-oriented" thinking in education is not only the objective demands for the development of contemporary society and the growth of the objective requirements of students, but also bearing on the key issues of the strategic direction of the current reform.In this paper, it aims to explore the possibilities to implement the idea of people-oriented education targeted in the ideological and political classes in high school teaching, on the one hand, to straightens out the origins of People-oriented Theory and the importance of teaching; on the other hand, to analyse the phenomenon inconsistent with people-oriented existing in the current ideological and political teaching that, the problem and its causes. Finally it puts forward the tentative plans to implement the People-oriented in the Ideological and Political lessons.First of all, this article analyzes some scholars'misreading about people-centered thinking, points out:people can not simply think that is humanistic; "people-oriented" can not be simply interpreted as a student-centered, unconditional withdrawal from the current needs of students..Secondly, this article analyzes the main reasons that the idea of People-oriented cann't be promoted and implemented:not only thinking of some traditional barriers to education,and the current thinking in education against utilitarianism, but also the distemperedness of the educational system and teachers'personal reasons.Finally, this paper puts forward tentative plans to carry out the People-oriented Theory in the Ideological and Political Education Teaching: in accordance with the idea to the teachers and students to establish the goals of education, in accordance with the requirements of student-oriented to build teacher-student relationship, with the students in accordance with the actual life to plan the teaching content, according to whether it is conducive to stimulate students learning initiative to organize the teaching process, in accordance with whether or not help to improve the cognitive level of student and learning outcomes to use teaching methods.
