Confucius was known as "an exemplary teacher for all ages", which is the main representative of Chinese culture and Chinese teachers in Chinese history. Confucius established private school at thirty, teached scriptures and literature, imparted knowledge and educated people. Confucius had cultivated the three thousand students, and gradually become great educators in the future career. Recently, lots of achievements on the research of Teacher Education have been made. However, few of these studies can connect Teacher Education with the sense of traditional teaching profession, and few of them are set in history of Chinese education. From the "soul" reshape view, this paper analyzes the background of the form of Confucius'view on teachers, discusses the main contents of Confucius'view on teachers, and expounds the historical role of Confucius' view on teachers and the teachers of the contemporary value of Confucius. Among them, probing into the Confucian teacher career, the new "Teacher Soul" multi-essence-,multi-Attribute, multi-characteristics of view on teachers and its possible realization approaches, put forward five dimensions of teachers.Nowadays, with the promotion of Teacher Education by education reform, we hope to provide today's Teacher Development with some enlightenment by the result of traditional view on teachers that can be reflected in the philosophy of Teacher Development.
