Build A School-based Research Community To Promote The Teachers' Self-development

For a long time, teachers'development has become an important trend of education reform, and the achievement of teachers''self-development is the object of desire. Practice shows that teachers'participation in research and education is an effective way to promote teachers'development. However, when energetically promoting teachers in primary and secondary school to do the research, some contradiction between education and research appears; gap between the leading experts and the teacher's own practice in practical work exists; some teachers are lack of initiative engine to develop. How to solve these problems? Author studied the theory of personal psychological development and team development, put forward the theory "setting up a voluntary teacher-organization based on school"; created a community which is conducive for the teachers.This research was based on HX School in QingPu District, studied the construction of the community of practice for investigations. Study found that with a new course continuing to deepen reform and the ranks of the development of innovation and change, the school of this research is facing the need to solve problems. First, schools didn't study deeply, they were lack of durative. Second, teachers'development is not clear, the consciousness of development was different and they were lack of the atmosphere of development. After thorough going research and analysis, the main reason is the concept of management and management system could not be led to the school management efficiently, and in promoting, the development estimate was not good.To solve these problems, I proposed to improve the present study in HX School and organize the countermeasures of the community to provide for the best development. First, the governor should change their logos, then lead all the teachers to build the desire of development and adjust the internal structure of the community relations. Second, teachers should use cases and dialogues and cooperation with shared resources to cycle practice study. Third, formulate supplementary management mechanism; mainly use standardized procedure and motivation to ensure the community.After several years'study in HX School, we have some effect, mainly embodied in the autonomous participation of the study and improve the efficiency, this stimulated the development of awareness and promoted the sharing of knowledge and practice, and we gained the experience of promoting the development of the similar kinds of schools. But in the process, we also had some problems such as the ability to promote research and the time to do study, the lack of the ability to manage and the interference of administrative organization.
