The school-based teacher training is a learning community of teachers needs to be provided to assist schools as a means to teachers’ professional development as the goal, to "share and cooperation" as the core, with the same or similar desire to learn and study the spirit of teachers and Related People learning organizations. Therefore, this study is based on school-based training in the practice of philosophy, in theory, the theory of learning organization team guidance, according to the actual situation of N school, take advantage of the service manager, the school was constructed in the N-based school-based training of practice of teachers’ Learning Community.This study used action research, case studies and literature research methods, according to the findings of the case of school-based training school in Dalian N, understand the status of teacher training school to learn, to explore the problem, determine the Construction of Teachers’ Learning Community based on school-based training Practical Thought. In particular the construction of Practice, N school according to the theory, the theory of learning organization teamwork, literature research experience, to develop measures and methods teacher learning community, learning organization from the implementation of structural change community teachers, innovative forms of dialogue companion build community display platform, introducing diverse community management and service mechanism, expand the channels formed by the community culture and other aspects of practical research, build in line with the actual school teachers N learning community. In practice, the study deepened understanding of the learning community for teachers to explore and practice the creation of teacher learning community strategy to promote the development of teachers.After two years of practice, research mainly achieved the following results:Clearly based on the construction of school-based teacher training learning community implementation strategies. In the study, combined with the actual situation of the school teachers from organizational strategy, policy dialogue, practical strategies and explore three aspects of the practice, the validity of the policy.Promoting the development of school and teachers. In the study, teachers learning community building work practice changes the original teacher learning and working conditions of teachers to enhance the awareness of active learning, improve work efficiency, enhance team cohesion, the formation of an open, mutual trust, mutual assistance team culture, improve teaching quality, promote the development of school and teachers.
