Acadmeic freedom has long time been a core ideology of universities. It refers to not only a state of academic pursuits but also an kind of important guiding theory and experience which provides an theoretical fundation for cultural building of universities. This ideology is very important to ensure the high-quality talent training of the universities.Respection and advocating academic freedom are always the goal of higher education in many countries in the world. Although we built this ideology at the beginning of the mobern universities, the academic freedom developing is still not smoothly in the development course of universities. it shows deficient of how to understand and use this ideology to guid the university talent training under the new situation.This essay makes a brief analysis on the significance of academic freedom in the developing course of universities and expounds several proposals of talent training and disciplines (Advocation the combination of teaching and research; respecting teachers'subject position in academic and teaching;training students'rational sense of academic logics,etc.) of university education according to the present problems talent cultivation.
