The development and allocation of ideological and political education campus resources in universities are aimed at more reasonably and more fully exploring and optimizing campus resources to further improve the comprehensive utilization ratios of campus resources, to achieve the construction and sharing of campus resources, and to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in universities. The author preliminarily discusses the development and allocation of ideological and political education campus resources in universities in accordance with ideas of "asking questions, analyzing problems, and solving the problem", focusing on two links between "theoretical summary and practical exploration ", using literature search method, system analysis method and typical example method.This thesis is made up of the following parts.Part one is the preface, which expounds the theory meanings and practice value of studying the development and allocation of ideological and political education campus resources in universities, thus showing the cause and motive of the selected title. At the same time, I make an analysis on the status quo of domestic and international study on it and explain the research ideas, methods, and the innovations of the dissertation.Part two is theoretical summary, which describes the defined meaning of ideological and political education campus resources in universities as the logical starting point for this research project. While probing in to the basic theory, such as the classification, characteristics of internal recourses, the meaning and signification of the development and allocation, which provide a theoretical basis for the practice of the development and allocation.Part three analyses the main problems exiting in the development and allocation of campus resources and analysis of their causes. On the basis of the new requirements of the development and allocation of campus resources from the ideological and political education in universities in the new era. The author sums up the main problems exiting in the development and allocation of campus resources through fieldwork, visits, forum, web-based survey methods. The problems are unused and wasted university resources, seriously imbalanced resources structure, backward means and methods of the development and allocation and lack of motivation. It has also analyzed the main causes of these problems, which are "people-oriented" concept missing, the traditional concept dominating and the defective leadership system.Part four studies the principle and the main ways of the development and allocation of campus resources. In connection with the main problems and causes existing in the development and allocation of ideological and political education campus resources in universities, this part has explained six principles which should be followed in development and allocation of ideological land political education campus resources in universities,i.e.political directionality, scientific development, educational value, everyday life, aim, effectiveness principle. And then regarding these principles as guidelines, the author has proposed the main countermeasures of development and allocation of ideological and political education campus resources in universities i.e. Change the traditional concept and expand the developing and allocating subject range. Strengthen the "people-oriented" concept and promote the comprehensive development of both teachers and students. Establish and improve the leadership system and working mechanism to strengthen the effectiveness of development and allocation of campus resources; Enhance the overall quality of the whole ideological and political education team and emphasize on cultivating innovation capacity; Conform to characteristics of the information age and achieve the modernization of the development and allocation of campus resources; Promote the construction of campus resources library and improve the comprehensive utilization rate of campus resources. This is the focus and ultimate goal of this study.Part five is Conclusion, which summarizes main views that this thesis put forward, and has looked forward to the prospect of this subject research.
