The ideological and political education in middle schools aims to train successors of socialism. It is a critical step in advancing the new round of curriculum reform. To do a good job in ideological and political education in middle schools, it is essential to study the allocation of educational resources."How to properly distribute the resources and maximize their functionality should be the major concern of exploiting the educational resources."Study Purpose:Through exploring resource allocation of ideological and political education for middle schools, this study seeks to contribute to the educational resource allocation theory and improve the allocation system, so as to build a more scientific and reasonable allocation structure. It is also expected to help resolve major conflicts arising in the allocation process, further realizing the ultimate value of education, promoting ideological and political education in middle schools, and achieving the final goal of fostering builders and successors for the socialist cause.Combining researches on both middle school ideological political education and educational resource allocation, this study gives a comprehensive explanation on resource allocation of middle school ideological and political education from the aspects of its connotation, feature, function, working system, allocation mode and evaluation:As the introduction of this thesis, Chapter1elaborates the selection of this subject, the theoretical significance, the practical value, the research summary, the study methods, the innovative points and difficulties.Chapter2summarizes the relative theories. Generally speaking, this part mainly discusses the connotations of ideological and political education resource, ideological and political education resource for middle schools, the resource allocation of ideological and political education and resource allocation for middle schools. It also clarifies the traits and functions of the resource allocation of ideological and political education for middle schools.Chapter3mainly states the resource allocation system of ideological and political education for middle schools. And then, the author points out that this system consists of four parts such as the principal part, the targets, the rules and the carriers of allocation, meanwhile deeply expounds the four parts mentioned above. Chapter4elaborates four allocation modes of ideological and political education resource for middle schools. And this part then further interprets the notes and principles of the four allocation modes.Finally, chapter5details the current situation, the existing problems, as well as the structure and meaning of the allocation evaluation.
