As a media of wealth of knowledge and human cultural heritage, teaching material is the main basic teaching tool for teachers, as well as the main source and learning guidance for students. As one of the important factors of the teaching process, aerobics teaching material should be taken seriously. This paper constructed the evaluation model of aerobics'teaching material for physical education of higher education in accordance with the reference books at home and abroad, assessing the current version of aerobics teaching materials with the fuzzy evaluation method. Based on the training objectives of the "National Universities physical education program of undergraduate professional courses" , the paper analyzed the design concepts, design objectives, teaching materials'content, teaching materials'structure, the form of materials. The results show that:(1) Aerobics'teaching materials for Physical education department includes basic theoretical knowledge, the basic technique, the contents involved in the professional capacity-building techniques. Aerobics curriculum should develop the following programs of professional competence: basic motor ability, creation capacity, teaching ability, training capacity, the capacity of social guidance, the capacity of competition and research capability.(2) Aerobics'teaching materials should be assessed from seven parts, which including the objective of the teaching material, the contents, the structure, the instructional strategy, as well as characteristics of the form and the application of the teaching materials. The characteristics of the instructional strategy, the contents and the structure of the teaching materials should be taken seriously.(3) This research found out that the current version of aerobics teaching materials G1, G2, G3 basically covered the requirements of the "National Universities physical education program of undergraduate professional courses ". (4) The current version of teaching aerobics G1, G2, G3 attached great importance to the basic motor skills. The focus of G1, G2 and G3 was different, G1 focus on the creation content, G2 focus on the instructional strategy, G3 focus on the content of social guidance in the teaching materials.(5) Using by the students from P.E. department, the teaching materials G1, G2 and G3 obviously do not pay enough attention to the teaching ability and the scientific research ability.(6) In the current version of teaching aerobics G1, G2, G3, the concept and the classification of aerobics is not unified, which indicated the immature of the development of Aerobics academic disciplines.(7) Assessing the current version of aerobics teaching material G1, G2 and G3 by the fuzzy evaluation method, the paper found that the evaluation results of the teachers and students was almost unanimous. G1 was assessed as the best in the ideological characteristics, structural characteristics, instructional characteristics, form characteristics; G2 was assessed as the best in the content characteristics, the applicability.(8) Assessing the overall of the current version of aerobics teaching material G1, G2 and G3 by the fuzzy evaluation method, the opinion of teachers and students are basically the same from the results of the evaluation, which was G1> G2> G3.
