With the rapid development of modern society, in order to meet society’s need forhighly qualified personnel training students for college physical education requirementsare high, Aerobics Class also raised new teaching requirements. Through investigationon Aerobics students aerobics teaching satisfaction for physical education, in order tounderstand the aerobics teaching problems, and analysis of current situation ofAerobics Specialized Teaching, explore the aerobics teaching reform, in order tocontribute to training physical education in the new century high quality talent andrealistic. This study used a questionnaire survey, expert interviews and other researchmethods, to the Hebei Province Department of physical education professional sportsaerobics teaching satisfaction investigation.The research results:1. Hebei Institute of Physical Education Sports Aerobics reasonable age structureof teachers, poor educational structure up to less than the requirements of the Ministryof Education, the lack of professors and grade level referees, training times less thannormal, the overall level of research capacity is relatively weak, to be strengthenedAerobics Teaching Staff.2. Hebei Institute of Physical Education Aerobics Class materials are not unified,the more outdated teaching content, teaching methods and evaluation methods than asingle, poor teaching conditions, lack of teaching equipment, teaching Aerobicsunsatisfactory status quo.3.Hebei Institute of Physical Education Aerobics student teaching in higher overallsatisfaction, satisfaction with the maximum capacity of the ideological education ofteachers educating people, followed by teaching language skills, adaptability teaching, teaching management skills demonstration and teaching ability, while the choice ofteaching content and the ability to grasp the lowest satisfaction, but the evaluationscores of more than theoretical values Aerobics students for higher overall satisfaction.4. Different grade of Aerobics students have a certain influence on the aerobicsteaching satisfaction, lower grade students scored an average overall satisfaction level isslightly higher than on the senior year student, but there is no significant differencebetween the average and some indicators of low-grade students scored lower thanstudents’ senior years, and there is a significant difference.5.aerobics boys to aerobics teaching satisfaction should be slightly higher thanthe girls, but the difference was not significant, the main factors that influence gender isnot Aerobics teachers teaching satisfaction evaluation shows that the gender of theteacher teaching satisfaction Aerobics degree no effect, consistent with the result ofWang Bin.
