Strategy Research On Crisis Management Of University

In order to promote the persistent and healthy development of higher education and improve the ability of crisis management of universities and the universities can do better in all kinds of the crisis and limit the damage which caused by crisis. This document analyzes the status of the university campus crisis management of our country points out the progress which have been made and found some problems too. Use the methods of the literature search and describing search as mainly measures. Using the rule of"6F+1R"as a matter of principle to propose the strategies of campus management and attempt to provide a more practical and effective crisis management for the universities of our country.Firstly, making comment in the research of campus crisis management in both domestic and foreign countries. Identifying some basic concepts of campus crisis management such as crisis, school crisis, crisis management, the characteristics and the classification of campus crisis, the characters of school crisis and explaining some thesis of crisis management and make a theoretical foundation for proposing the strategies of crisis management.Secondly, describing and analyzing the status of the university campus crisis management of our country points out some progress and points out some problems and weaknesses too, and make a detailed analysis of campus crisis from the individual, schools, society and family ,and this makes a solid foundation for proposing the strategies of crisis management.Finally, creative the"6F"rule which is used in enterprise crisis management into"6F+1R"rules.With the guidance of"6F+1R"pay attention to close contact between each part and the organic combination .Proposing a complete campus crisis management strategies form the aspects of prevention response and recovery.
