Research On Crisis Management Of The German Principals

Campus crises are related to the living safety of teachers and students and also the teaching order at school. The principal is always the first responsible person and decision-maker in the campus crises. The crisis management of the principal determines the efficiency of all the stages of crisis processing and even the development of the event. This thesis will focus on the crisis management of the German principals, elaborate on the policy, theory, factors and practice of the crisis management on campus in Germany, specified in the following aspects:1. The system, theoretical models and latent factors of the campus crisis management in Germany; 2. The leadership and duties of the German principals in the campus crises, involving mapping out the crisis action plan and leading the school crisis group, public relationship management and actions in some campus crises; 3. Crisis management of the German principals in some cases; 4. Perspectives of the German principal on crisis management and practice of the Chinese principals in crisis management; in the end, the campus crisis management in China and that in Germany are compared and the aspects on the side of the German principals are summarized. In the crisis management, the German principals play the real role as manager and leader. We cam learn from these aspects in the cultivation of the crisis management capability of our principals.
