The Analysis Of China High Education Investment Source Structure

In recent years, higher education is developing so fast that the request of high schools investment is improving, but the financial support from government is not sufficient in time and the other kinds of financial support is not strong enough to support it, too. So How to improve the efficiency of higher education and make it develop as a sustainable one is of vital importance. The appropriate management system is the key to the high schools that whether they can get a enough financial support, meanwhile it's the basic support to the healthy development of higher education. According to the situation of short-of-the-money and wasting recourses, my paper is going to search the problems that exist in the high schools investment and it's going to mainly analyze how to solve the problems with the methods of literature analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative Analysis.The article studied our higher education from the angle of investment source structure. The main body of the article includes five parts. The first part is a foreword, instructing the theory significance, practice significance and the research ways of theatrical.The second part is a theory and empirical analysis to higher education investment source structure of our country. Firstly, the research introduce distributed structure of higher education outlay amount and three class education, and put forward some question. Then, it looks back the development process of the investment source structure of our higher education. The source structure changed from relying on the finance thoroughly to relying on two ways increasing the education found at present, and it must stress that the government input is the main force among these ways.In the third part, we bring forward that diversified investment is the development direction. And through theory analyses, it point that "The theory of Public Products", "The Theory of Human Capital" and "The Theory of Education Investment", which have established the theoretical foundation for the implementation of the pluralistic higher educational investment system. And there are two principia the diversified investment of higher education source structure; one is benefit achievement and payment capability.In the fourth part, it points out some Countermeasures to improve higher education sources structure, and some must vary the main investment body from government finance to itself, and some still insist on that the government finance is the main body, including enterprises-universities-researches income, school-run industrial, patent income, and striving for society donation, to realize diversified investment of higher education source structure.This paper holds that it is necessary to establish a multilateral investment system to promote the development of higher education. The supervision effects by the various investment entities will be not only beneficial to the realization of social fairness but also to the efficiency improvement of higher education investment.
