A Study For The Changes Of Our Publicly-owned Higher Education Investment Source Structure

Higher education plays an important role in accelerating the form of Human Capital. However, the funds of education restrict the development of higher education. If we plan to resolve the problem that the education fund is out of store, we must research it from two sides. One side is the source of higher education investment, and the other side is the efficiency of distributing and using the resource in higher education.The article studied our publicly-owned higher education from the angle of investment source structure. The main body of the article includes six parts. The first part is a foreword, instructing the theory significance, practice significance and the research ways of the article. The second part is a study summarize, summing up all the viewpoints about the article. In the third part, there is a theory analysis to the source structure of our publicly-owned higher education investment. We can judge whether the investment source structure is reasonable or suitable from two standards. Firstly, it must meet the investment needs of the publicly-owned higher education for the development of publicly-owned higher education and our economy. Secondly, it must have higher efficiency among all the structures. In the fourth part, it looks back the development process of the investment source structure of our publicly-owned higher education. The source structure changed from relying on the finance thoroughly to relying on many ways increasing the education funds at present, and it must stress that the government input is the main force among these ways. In the fifth part, it focuses on the trouble of our present publicly-owned higher education investment source structure that mainly depends on the financial appropriation.
