This research stems from the rational analysis and thinking of university student's behavior and psychological change in network which is initiated by the rapid development of Internet, focusing on the construction and demonstration of theory about network environment's negative effect on university student's high-level cognition process.The paper mainly includes three parts:theoretical analysis, questionnaire survey and countermeasures, and questionnaire survey alternate among theoretical analysis.Theoretical analysis and questionnaire survey are the main parts, which mainly analyze network environment's negative effect on university student's high-level cognition process. On the basis of it, the paper investigates university student's behavior and psychological situation in Web-based learning through the questionnaire, which provides the further demonstration for this research's viewpoint and draws the following conclusions:Firstly, there is some negative effect on the general question solution. For instance, the validity of question statement and attribute is restricted, the laying and implementation of plans is disturbed, the objectivity of internal and external appraise is relativly weakened. Secendly, network environment has negative effect on the creative question solution. For example, the university student's recessive ability is pushed aside, the ordering thinking is disturbed, and the producement of inspiration is hindered.Thirdly, in the process of imagination, the change of the way about information acquisition influences representation's quality and the initiativity of storaging representation, the extraction of representation lack liveness, the representation transformation is also restrained by the network technology.Aimed at the above conclusions, based on network environment's features and university student's related rules of cognitive process, the related countermeasures are proposed from the resources construction and the cooperation between teachers and students,which causes the reduction and avoidation of network environment's on the university student's high-level cognition process more rationally and practically.
