With the advancement of science curriculum reform, with the quality of education by the people's increasing emphasis on teaching middle school science teachers demand has been increasing. The classroom is the key to the implementation of curriculum reform, teachers should practice in the classroom to improve teaching, we must understand the classroom, about teaching, their students,'understand their own. This requires attention to classroom observation of teachers, good for classroom observation, and scientific use of classroom observation. As the capacity of classroom observation is not high, lack of classroom observation practices, impact on the classroom teachers to grasp, control, not only led to low efficiency of teaching, the quality is not high, but also affected the teaching level. The key to curriculum reform, curriculum implementation, curriculum theory and content of the implementation of all the key in the classroom, in-depth study teaching dimension is the key to the current teaching and research and core issues. Classroom observation is to study the issue of operational and effective way. Listen to observation and evaluation as a paradigm of professional practice and exploration of classroom observation, the main settlement of the dimension of observation, observation tasks, observation method, observation tools and observe the five aspects of the program.
