The new curriculum reform puts forward new requirements for geography teachers' classroom teaching practice.The observation and evaluation of classroom teaching can promote teachers' professional development and improve the teaching quality.It is an important way to give full play to the educational value of geography.Although there are a few studies on the observation and evaluation of classroom teaching,there is a lack of classroom teaching evaluation tools which can not only embody the concept of "new curriculum reform" but also have maneuverability and authority in specific classroom teaching practice.The "Multiple Interactive" Classroom Observation Model developed by Professor Xuemei Zhu's team of Nanjing Normal University in Jiangsu Province provides an objective and scientific method.Based on information technology,this method of constructing observation scale and reflecting teaching behavior with data overcomes the disadvantage that traditional classroom teaching evaluation is based on subjective impression.And then it can provide clear guidance for geography teachers to improve classroom teaching.The application rate of "Multiple Interactive" Classroom Observation Model in Jiangsu,Shanghai and Zhejiang is high,but there is not much practice in other areas.As we can see that "Multiple Interactive" Classroom Observation Model in Jiangsu,Shanghai and Zhejiang has very high application rate,but there is not much actual usage in other areas.Jiangsu Province has been in the forefront in the course of curriculum reform,a nd its practice in classroom teaching evaluation can provide reference for other areas.Therefore,this paper takes the "Multiple Interactive" Classroom Observation Platform as the research tool,selects the 11 lessons from the 2018 Shijiazhuang junior middle school geography high-quality class competition as the research samples,analyzes the junior middle school high-quality geography classes in the provincial capital city of Hebei Province,and provides a reference for the professional development of teachers in Shijiazhuang and the improvement of geography classroom efficiency.At the same time,this paper provides application cases for the promotion of this teaching evaluation method which integrate of the Internet and data thinking and classroom observation,and explores its application strategies.The thesis consists of four parts:Firstly,through the literature research,this paper combs the domestic and foreign research situation about the classroom observation,introduces the theory foundation of this article research,expounds the connotation of the "Multiple Interactive" Classroom Observation Model and application value,and summarizes the flowchart of this model.Secondly,this paper takes the "Multiple Interactive" Classroom Observation Platform as the research tool,uses the observation scales of four dimensions in it to collect data and then analyses.The Advantages are focusing on the cultivation of geographical practice ability and human-land coordination view,questioning clearly and focusing on the cultivation of students' thinking level,using media flexibly and focusing on the organic combination of modern educational technology and traditional teaching methods,explaining clearly and paying attention to the cultivation of students' ability of using maps,and orderly teaching content.The disadvantages are reflected in Geographical experiments,teachers' reply methods,using of "3S",and teaching situations.Thirdly,on the basis of the previous analysis,this paper puts forward the teaching behavior promotion strategies in the operation of the "Multiple Interactive" Classroom Observation Model.The strategies include grasping the classroom structure as a whole and making it clear and logical,focusing on geographical experiments and standardizing their design and exploration process,setting up the questions carefully and using reply methods suitably,developing geography teaching resources and using media resources multiformly,paying attention to construction of geographic thinking and methods of map reading,focusing on the "3S" technology,and optimizing teaching situations.At the same time,this paper summarizes the application strategies of this model in the process of implementation.School administrators should organize learning and communication,promote division of work within teaching groups,and analyze high-quality geography classes multidimensionally.Teachers should focus on research frontiers,improve skills by learning,follow a structured and flat implementation path,and use this model's ideas flexibly.These conclusions provide references for practical teaching research.Fourthly,this paper selects " Plate Movement " and " Development and Governance of the Yangtze River " respectively as two cases of different lesson examples to conduct specific analysis.On the basis of the quantitative analysis,it puts forward some suggestions for rectification to reflect the important role of this method in the evaluation and improvement of geography classroom."Multiple Interactive" Classroom Observation Model is an effective classroom teaching evaluation model,which has the function of guidance,diagnosis and encouragement,promotes teachers to form the thinking concept of research,and has value significance for the professional development of junior middle school geography teachers and the improvement of classroom effectiveness,and finally benefits from students.
