This paper takes Hadaqi industrial corridor as study area, simulates the land use spatial distribution map under natural development model, economic accelate development model and ecological sustain development model by taking the land use spatial map in 2005 as initial and based on the database of land use dynamic, constucting logistic land use dignose model, land use demand system dynamic mode and land use spatial simulation CLUE-S model. The details are as following:(1)using remote sensing data of Landsat as main information source, we constructed the database for spatial-temporal analysis of land use landscape in Hadaqi industrial corridor. The land use, railway, road, soil type and DEM data and other related social & economic stastics data in 1990,2000 and 2005 has been included in the database.(2)using software Vensim-PL for system dynamic method, we constructed the system dynamic model of land use change driven by GDP, population increasing rate driven by demand of social economic development. This model pass the test, it means it can be used to analysis and forecast the land use situation in future in the region. The simulation results shows that the construction land has increased evidently and the forest and grassland degradation is more serious.(3)CLUE-S model can be used in the simulation and forecast of land use and land cover change in Hadaqi industrial corridor. We simulates the land use spatial distribution map in 2005 by taking land use data in 2000 as initial map, test it by using Kappa index, it shows that the simation result is good, the model can be used in the land use spatial dynamic simulation in Hadaqi industrial corridor. Based on the SD model simulation result, we simulates the land use map in 2015 by using CLUE-S model, the simulation results shows the land use has large difference under differehnt develoment scenarios.(4)using CLUE-S model simulates the land use spatial distribution map in 7 counties or cities of Hadaqi industrial corridor, splicing the map by optimize the boundary. The CLUE-S model has been applied to high-resolution large-scale region, solve the limitation that CLUE-S model can only be applied to small scale high resolution or low resolution large region simulation, it promotes the applied value.
