A Study On Credit Evaluation Of The Third Part Logistics Enterprises Based On The Fuzzy Ahp

As a necessary element for socioeconomic development, credit is the precondition and foundition of the market economy. Under the condition of market economy, enterprise credit has become one of the most important standards that evaluate the enterprise comprehensive strength, now the enterprise has entered the era of credibility competition. As a new and rapid growth industry, the third part logistics is playing a more and more important role in national economy, but various market dishonesties have emerged in its prosperity, which seriously hinders the healthy development of the TPL market, so, it is necessary to establish a kind of effective credit evaluation method that can show the credit level of the TPL enterprises objectively and scientifically.This paper establishes the TPL enterprise's credit evaluation index system on the basis of consulting the general enterprise's credit evaluation index system in an all-round way and combining the TPL enterprise's characteristic, chooses the Fuzzy-AHP method as the model of the TPL enterprise's credit rating to rate the TPL enterprise's credit on the basis of analyzing and comparing the various methods of credit rating. This paper establishes the credit evaluation index system on the basis of credit basis factor, credit power factor, credit performance factor and credit environment factor, then refine and filter the financial indexes which influence the credit leval of the TPL enterprise, and each index was given weight through the Fuzzy-AHP model, that made the whole evaluation system more scientific and feasible. In order to make customers have a general understanding of the TPL enterprise's credit, this paper uses lines of fuzzy mathematics subordination method for dimensionless of each indicator, then evaluates and forms the gradation indicator for the TPL enterprise's credit by quantizer-weighting function.The credit evaluation of the TPL enterprise is the foundation of company management based on credit, it can provide important foundation for government regulation and management on logistics market, and provides reference for market participants'business to strength their own competitiveness, keep away credit risk, will be of great importance. This paper uses the constructed evaluation system to evaluate six TPL enterprises, also has a certain value for the TPL enterprise to recognize their position within the credit and how to improve their own credit in the eyes of the customers. Hope to provide a way or a method for the other kinds of logistic market about credit evaluation through this research.
