Study On Quality Improvement Of Special Equipment Inspection In BZ Special Equipment Inspection Insitute

With the rapid economic development, the number of special equipment in China is growing fast, the special equipment accidents have also occurred. Inspection and testing of special equipment and timely finding the potential safety problems is an important measure to avoid the accident of special equipment. Special equipment inspection is an important measure to protect people’s lives and property and to promote economic development and social stability and to realize the chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the chinese nation.BZ Special Equipment Inspection Insitute is the only comprehensive special equipment inspection institution. This paper combined the current situation of special equipment inspection and testing in BZ Special Equipment Inspection Insitute, taked improving the government and the inspected unit satisfaction as a target, and used the quality management theory of total quality management and customer satisfaction management, laws and regulations, research findings. Through the analysis of the current work situation, data analysis, questionnaire, field survey, field equipment inspection, research in daily inspection work, and collecting the relevant data, this paper analyzed and evaluated the quality of the special equipment inspection work in BZ Special Equipment Inspection Insitute, put forward ways and means to improve the quality of special equipment inspection.Using Chinese customer satisfaction index evaluation model, this paper surveyed and measured the customer satisfaction of BZ Special Equipment Inspection Insitute,to find the factors that affect the quality of special equipment inspection. The main factors was the inspection insitute resources condition, inspection process, inspection reports quality etc. This paper analysised the working status and problems of these aspects.In view of the existing problems, this paper found the way to improve the quality of the special equipment inspection:Strengthening the management of human resources and test equipment in the inspection institution management, improving the quality of the inspection process and inspection report. This paper put forward concrete countermeasures from these aspects.In the end, the method to improve the quality of the inspection was applied to the actual inspection work in this paper. The quality of special equipment inspection was improved, customer satisfaction was enhanced, and the results was satisfactory.
