Study On The Coordinated Growth Of The Forestry Ecosphere And Ecological Economy In Chang-zhu-tan Area

Every country from all over the world has attached great importance to the construction of ecological environment in urban forestry and has regarded the urban forest as a symbol of the evaluation of the urban civilization and sustainable development. The constructions of urban forest have been considered as an important part of the city's eco-environmental construction in our country. The construction of city forestry ecosphere has focused on improving the living environment and promoting the city's ecological economic sustainable development.The city's ecological environment is facing tremendous pressure with the rapid urban development, which also will hinder the development of the regional economy to some extent. People have been focusing on air pollution, shortage of water resources and the urban heat island effect.The forest had an irreplaceable effect on improving the ecological environment of cities.The construction of city forestry ecosphere is a fundamental guarantee of achieving sustainable development, and it is an important part of modern urban ecological construction as a main symbol. With the construction of city forestry ecosphere, we will have to improve the urban environment, protect the biological diversity and promote the sustainable development of the urban economy.The main contents for this article:(1)According to the definition of City Forestry Ecosphere,we could give a definition to City Forestry Ecosphere in the Changsha-Zhouzhou-Xiangtan area. In this study, according to the city's administrative division, City Forestry Ecosphere in the Changsha-Zhouzhou-Xiangtan area is divided into Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan including four county-level cities,11 urban districts, eight counties, and 315 townships with a total area of 28200 km2.(2)Combining with the features in Chang-Zhu-Tan area, based on the theory of the sustainable development, the theories and the technical methods from various disciplines have been applied like the ecological economics, the urban forestry, the ecology, the management of forestry and the systems engineering, with the establishment of the index systems of the sustainable development of the urban forestry in Chang-Zhu-Tan area, meanwhile the index systems are applied to make a primary assessment on the sustainable development potentials of the urban forestry in this area. The result shows that the construction of the urban forestry in chang-zhu-Tan area is in the primary state of the sustainable development.(3)This paper analyzes the status and trends of the environment and economic development in the Changsha-Zhouzhou-Xiangtan area, and at the same time analys-es the existing situation of environment and economic development of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area from quantitative and qualitative aspects, evaluates the relati-onship between entironment and economic development. The result shows that the economic development goes faster than the environmental improvement in this area, and the negative effects, which the economic development has on the environment, lie within the limits permitted by the environment for the time being.(4)According to the sustainable development of forestry ecological environment and the relationship between economic development and ecological environment, the space structure, function layout, landscape ecological layout and forest types are allocated in favor of the ecological economy development of the forestry ecosphere and ecological economy in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiantan area, At last, the author proposes the countermeasure towards eco-economy development.
