The Research On The Development Of Changsha Zhuzhou And Xiantan As Union And Changsha As The Central Role

In the angle of international economic development trend, Cities' Group(城市群) has become an important force to impulse national and regional development. At present, Five Cities' Groups in the world not only represent economy climax of their own countries, but also lead world economic development trend. At the same time in China, Cites' Group has become a powerful force to promote regional competitive capacity. Chang river-Triangle, Pearl River-Triangle, Jing-Jin-Ji area circled by Bo Sea gulf etc. have all become economy active regions owing to acceleating paces of Cites' Groups development. Facing with competitive pressure, Hunan Province locates competition countermeasure and hopes on the development of Chang-Zhu-Tan Cities' Group. The Problem of how to build Chang-Zhu-Tan Cities' Group to make it become regional economic development engine is my earnest concern.Under the guidance of system economics, I research historic traces of development of Cities' Group from internal and external countries and summarize a rule ofCities' Group development based on absorbing research outcomes of scholars from China and abroad. At the same time, I give a rational consideration combined with real facts of China and Chang-Zhu-Tan region. I claim promoting rapid development of Cities' Group emphasized on system designing and system innovation. In the end, I raise a proposal of system innovation promising, comprehensive, operating and a thinking way of countermeasure.
