The Study On Coupling And Coordinated Development Of Rural Tourism And New Urbanization Under The Rural Area Revitalization Background In Yanbian Region

With the development of tourism and the travel needs of residents,rural tourism plays an important role in improving farmers' living standards,promoting urban and rural development,accelerating new rural construction,promoting ecological environmental protection and sustainable development.In December 2018,the National Development and Reform Commission proposed to encourage social capital to support the development of rural tourism.New urbanization is a practical way for China to realize economic and social modernization and effectively promote urban-rural integration,and it is also the direct driving force and strong support for the development of rural tourism.Therefore,vigorously developing rural tourism,scientifically guiding the urbanization of rural areas,and promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural tourism are important research directions for China's new urbanization and beautiful rural construction.This paper based on the yanbian area,this paper summarizes the spatial types of rural tourism in Yanbian area mainly from the aspect of resource types.The spatial types of resources as classification criteria are natural scenery,village cultural landscape,leisure agriculture,and border port type.Secondly,it summarizes and analyzes the development process and current situation of new urbanization in Yanbian area.2017 New urbanization level Yanbian up to 69%,but there are new urbanization level in Yanbian "unrealistically high" phenomenon,mainly due to the withdrawal of policy making rural county to the city gathered to cities and towns;In addition,the level of urbanization development in various counties and cities is significantly different and the level of urbanization construction indicators is not high.Finally,the typical case is used to analyze the interactive development of rural tourism and new urbanization in Yanbian.From 2014 to 2017,the coupling and coordination degree between the new type of urbanization level and the tourism development level in Yanbian area continue to rise,indicating that rural tourism and new urbanization in Yanbian area are gradually moving toward mutual development.However,there are great differences between the coordination and coordination status of counties and cities in Yanbian area.The differences in regional coordination and coordination are mainly due to the differences in regional tourism resources distribution,development status and regional economic development;transportation location and infrastructure,There are reasons for differences in the degree of perfection of service implementation..the spatial distribution of the coupling degree of rural tourism and new urbanization in the counties and cities in Yanbian area showed significant regional differences.The areas with relatively high degree of coupling coordination are mainly concentrated in Dunhua City,Hunchun City,Antu County,Longjing City and Tumen City.The coupling degree of rural tourism and new urbanization is basically between slight imbalance and primary coordination.Based on the previous research,the countermeasures for the coupling and coordination of rural tourism and new urbanization in Yanbian area are proposed.
