Ad planning and creativity of the folk elements on application, has always been a common phenomenon in advertising operations. This article from a study of this phenomenon, and thus depth the research of the relationship between advertising and folklore. This article first study ad planning and creativity, and folk elements of the conceptual definition and description. And in the context of historical development, talk about the relationship of folk elements and advertising planning and creativity. Combination of characteristics about advertising and folk elements, proposed the idea folk elements an advertising has always being close contact with and each other in the development of long-term history. they even as the content each other in many scenarios. They both work together to promote the development of folk culture and Chinese advertising. This article also has discuss about folk elements of the current performance of the ad planning and creativity, advertising information dissemination and reach and branding of products and services on the issue of the applicability. In addition, the paper form communication,semiotics two different places disciplines to analysis the situation of advertising planning and creativity in the application. This article summarizes seven kind of relationships between advertising and folklore in the new period of the world, and combined with different ads for each case of a relationship from the folk culture, advertising planning and creativity, as well as economic and social impact of multiple aspects.
