Research On The Growth Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Of DJ Technology Company

The economic prosperity of the country and society is inseparable from the development and growth of high-tech enterprises.The high-tech enterprises are faced with such problems as the reduction of technology iteration cycle and the continuous improvement of science and technology level.Most of the small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises have encountered growth crisis in the development process due to various reasons,and the development speed of enterprises is slow.How to improve their growth ability is an important problem faced by high-tech enterprises.This thesis combs the research status of the research at home and abroad,defines the relevant concepts,introduces the influencing factors of enterprise growth,the evaluation methods of growth and related theories.Taking DJ technology company as the research object,this thesis introduces the general situation of DJ technology company,the industry development status of technology companies and describes the growth status of DJ technology company.Combined with the growth factors of DJ technology company,the evaluation indexes of its growth are determined from the financial and non-financial perspectives.This thesis uses AHP to determine the weight proportion of growth evaluation index,uses efficiency coefficient method to evaluate financial index,uses fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate non-financial index,and finally determines the growth comprehensive score of DJ technology company,and analyzes it.Through the analysis,it is found that the main reasons that affect the growth of DJ technology company are the weak core competitiveness,weak operation ability and low market share.In view of the problems existing in the growth of DJ technology company,the thesis puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of strengthening the independent innovation ability,strengthening the fund management system and steadily increasing the market share.This thesis evaluates the growth of DJ technology company,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the growth,which can provide reference for the growth evaluation and promotion of small and medium-sized technology enterprises.
