The Cultivation And Evaluation Studies Of The Enterprise's Core Competence Based On Bsc

Today, with the improvement of science and technology, and as competition becomes more and more fierce, the competition between corporations is virtually the competition of core competence. Core competence can not only establish advantages for corporation in competition, but also has become the main motive for market competition. In recent years, the Balanced Scorecard's principle of comprehensive evaluation has been broadly applied in strategic management in corporation. Research has shown that BSC is of great help to the establishment of an evaluation index system for the core competence of corporation.Because of the urgent need for asound evaluation system for the core competence of the corporation in the world, and based on the BSC theories and relative theories on core competence. This thesis tries to establish an index system for the evaluation of core competence, so as to effectively assess the core competence of the corporation.This paper proposes a method for the cultivation of core competencecore from the perspective of BSC. It uses an analytical method for combining normative analysis and empirical analysis to evaluate the enterprise's core competence objectively. First, this paper discusses the theoretical basis of core competence. Second, this paper emphasizes the internal relation between the enterprise's core competence and BSC. Third, this paper studies the cultivation of the enterprise's core competence from the perspective of BSC. Fourth, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the enterprise's core competence based on BSC. Fifth, the paper determines the weights of the indexes by AHP. Finally, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation using the fuzzy mathematics theory.In theory, it enriches and develops the theroy of the enterprise's core competence. In fact, this study helps the enterprise to strength its core competence.
