With the constant development of our country's clothing industry and the increasingly ripe of the clothing consumer market, and the entering of more and more foreign clothing brand, the competition of the clothing is fiercer in china. In order to win the market in the competition, and realize enterprise's sustainable development, the key lies in creating the core competence of enterprise. Base on the reasons above, on the basis of explaining the relative theory of enterprise's core competence at first, this thesis have carried on the theoretical research to core competence of the brand clothing enterprise, and refine the concept of enterprise's core competence of the brand clothing enterprise, concluded the composition key element of constituting the core competence of the brand clothing enterprise on the basis of analyzing the clothing industry environment and value chain of the brand clothing enterprise, structured a set of index system of core competence combining the brand clothing enterprise's own characteristic. This index system has principally made some achievements in measuring the core competence from five aspects such as innovation capability, brand competition, quick-reaction capability, enterprise culture and human resource management, have reflect overall, systematic, and scientific principle, and has set up the evaluation model of the brand clothing enterprise's core competence according to fuzzy integrated Evaluation or BP neural network. Then take one representative brand clothing enterprise as example and carried on detailed appraisal according to fuzzy integrated Evaluation, this proved the rationality and dependability of the system, and proposed the constructive suggestions for this enterprise combining the evaluation result. Finally, evaluated a clothing enterprise according to BP neural network model using virtual data, and this proved the method is scientific and feasible. The paper provides one kind of analysis tool for identification, evaluation, project and management of the core competence of the brand clothing enterprise, offers new ideas for management strategy of the brand clothing enterprise.
