With the economic globalization accelerating the pace, in recent years, China and Southeast Asian countries are getting closer and closer in economic, Chinese enterprises are actively investing into Southeast Asian countries, Singapore is one of the four little dragons in Asia, and favorable geographical position, the rule of law is improving, Tax environment is excellent, the new economic exchanges between the two countries have been deepened and more and more Chinese enterprises to multinational operations in Singapore with its international financial and trade center to achieve the strategic goal of cross-border operation. More importantly, capital is always flowing from the high-tax country to the low-tax country, and the profit maximization is involved in international investment as a tax main goal. Singapore is one of the lightest tax burden country in the world, but also the lightest tax burden country in Southeast Asia.
