Lijiang The Jinshan Rural Tourism And New Rural Construction Interactive Development Strategy

Rural tourism first appeared in the latter half of the 19th century in Europe. In China rural tourism started relatively late, but now has entered a vigorous developing stage. In the past time, rural tourism was developing with the traditional model of tourism development, ignoring the rural environment. Overdevelopment brings out many problems. Such as vicious competition, environment damage, single rural tourism product, lag of services and facilities. How to promote rural tourism in-depth development is a serious problem. The new rural development has brought new opportunities for rural tourism development.The Fifth Plenary Conference of Sixteenth Central Committee of the CPC has brought forward the new rural construction of socialism mission, and point out overall objectives and requirements for agriculture and rural work in the new era. As major initiatives of strengthening agriculture, making the rural economy flourish agricultural prosperity and enriching farmers, the new rural development has sparked a growing concern. Many scholars have conducted many studies on approach of new countryside construction. Now, Six basic ways have been formed——agricultural industrialization model, modern agricultural model, characteristic agriculture model, industry-driven model, central city-led development model, rural tourism development model.How to develop rural tourism in order to promote new rural construction, How to promote the rural tourism to a higher level with the new rural construction, and make sure the relationships between the new rural construction and rural tourism are the main questions of the article. According to the present social and economic situation, and resources endowment characteristics, this article focused on the interactive development strategies for promotion of rural tourism development and the Jinshan new socialist countryside construction.Lijiang Jinshan Bai Township is located in the east of Lijiang where has 3 Heritage Laurel——the World Cultural Heritage, the World Natural Heritage and the World Memory Heritage. It is near the Lijiang ancient city, there are many close culture and geographical position linkages between Jinshan and Lijiang. So Jinshan has a good regional advantage for developing tourism. According to the Jinshan industrial structure and its socio-economic development status, this article proposed some strategies of new rural development those are Optimizing the spatial structure of urban and rural by urbanization and rural-urban integration, Optimizing the industrial structure by incorporating Jinshan "2 Group 2 Society", improve the ecological environment of the Habitat by optimizing its ecological environment, establishing Jinshan Garden for Landscape-economic-ecological effects, implementing Coupling strategies for Jinshan socio-economic development and the protection of Lijiang ancient city based on Jinshan natural environment and social environment. After analyzing the ecological environment, rural tourism resources characteristics and spatial layout, the article put forward 4 models for Jinshan rural eco-tourism development——farm holiday tourism pattern, national customs tourism pattern, agricultural tourism model, agricultural trade tourism pattern. The article aimed at playing an active role in promoting rural tourism and rural development of Jinshan.
