Study On Interactive Development Between New Rural Construction And Rural Tourism In Lin’an

New rural construction and rural tourism development are mutually reinforcing and are relying on each other, that coordinated development has a particular internal mechanism and external modes. This study summarized the existing studying on the new rural construction and the development of rural tourism. Then based on the major survey research methods and the typical survey methods, we selected the western mountains as a case study sites in Zhejiang Lin’an, in-depth analyzed the current situation between the new rural construction and rural tourism development in Lin’an, discussed their coordination development relationships,mechanisms and modalities. In this situation, we made a typical case study where new rural construction and rural tourism developing coordinately,analyzed the coupling relationship and the main problems from the natural,social and economic aspects. Finally,suggestions are put forward to promote sustainable and coordinated development between new rural construction and rural tourism.The main results and conclusions are as follows:Firstly,Lin’an is a typical model for new rural construction and rural tourism coordinated development in Zhejiang Province. The new rural construction and rural tourism exhibits a good coordinated development situation,which play an important role in improving the rural ecological environment,increasing farmers’ income,improving the management of rural communities,riching farmers entertainment life.Secondly, the requirement of new rural construction and the purpose of rural tourism development has internal consistency and coupling relationship. New rural construction can promote the development of rural tourism,rural tourism development,in turn,can promote the new rural construction. New rural construction are the necessary conditions for rural tourism development,and the development of rural tourism is the inevitable result of the coordinated development between the process of building new countryside material and spiritual civilization.Thirdly, many questions also existed between new rural construction and rural tourism interactive development in Lin’an, including four main aspects: economic development lags behind in tourism development,lacking coordinated development potential; relatively extensive management,with no high village brand value; inadequate basic services in rural areas,no perfect public service system; rural culture construction lacking of highlights, shortage in mining connotation of folk customs,and so on.Finally,promoting the coordinated development of new rural construction and rural tourism in Lin’an, the government needs to give full play to the functions,promote the coordinated development under scientific planning; strengthen management, enhance brand value market-oriented; focusing on urban and rural areas, improve rural public service system; and strengthening the construction of beautiful countryside,enhance cultural connotations of tourism products.
