To Explore The Development Path Of Rural Tourism And New Rural Construction

Rural tourism is of great significance to the construction of a new socialist countryside,the rural tourism development,contribute to the transformation and upgrading of agriculture and improve agricultural production technology,promote agricultural ecological protection;improve the rural grass-roots management,improve the rural infrastructure construction,building a harmonious society in rural areas,promoting the construction of spiritual civilization in rural areas;help farmers increase employment and improve farmers the cultural quality,enrich the spiritual and cultural life of farmers.The development of rural tourism not only has outstanding economic benefits,but also has good social and ecological benefits,which is one of the important ways for the construction of new rural areas.Rural tourism is actively guided by the national policy and extensive participation in the society.Since the reform and opening up,China's rural tourism has made rapid development.The Chinese Academy of Social Sciences(CASS),in the report on China's rural tourism development index,referned to 2016 as the "year of the big country" in China.Data from three aspects of scale,investment and impact of rural tourism show that rural tourism has become a large tourism industry covering the whole country from small-scale tourism,and rural tourism has become a new way of life for Chinese urban and rural residents.The development of rural tourism is the full practice of the overall requirements of the strategy of Rural Revitalization.Through the study of rural tourism in the new situation,this paper makes a theoretical exploration for the upgrading of the quality of rural tourism.The author in the field of research on the basis of Hongjiang City in Hunan province for 1 years,Hongjiang City as an example to summarize the current status of China rural tourism development,to explore the factors limiting the sustainable development of rural tourism.According to this,the path of rural tourism development in China lies in the following:first,the government should change the concept of urban and rural development and enhance the understanding of rural tourism.The two is that the government should break through the urban and rural barriers and create a good external environment for the development of rural tourism under the guidance of urban and rural overall planning.The three is to promote the strategy of Rural Revitalization and promote the main status of the peasants.Only by keeping the goal of rural tourism development and building a new socialist countryside can we break through the bottleneck of rural tourism development and promote the sustainable development of rural tourism.
