And deficits the development strategy combination of KMUST's University Science and Technology Park by making use the method of SWOT matrix and Quantitative Strategy Programming Matrix (QSPM).The strategic combination is:WT strategy (intentional type) and WO strategy (consociate type) are foundational strategies; while SO strategy (internationalization strategy) and ST strategy (radiation strategy) are the key strategies, which both can be called development strategies.Through this research, we can gets the conclusion that KMUST's University Science and Technology Park currently should still raise the competencies at the core, absorb various experience relatively, investigate the special road to constructing the "park", gather social strength which includes the oversea strength to participates the construction of the "park "together, and then transfer the positivity of business-starting of the talented person of science and technology. Only if this, can we realize the radiation district economy and be head for the development target internationally.
